10 years ago, there were less than 15 bodegas on the island. Now there are almost 100! Multiply that by the number of wines crafted & that’s a lot of choices to sift through. Here, you’ll taste the most interesting & diverse wines the island has to offer.
Many argue (myself included), that natural wine is the epitome of vinous truth. Clarity & precision are much more difficult to reach when make-up & winemaking tricks are not employed in the cellar (nor vineyard). Here, you’ll taste some defining &/or up-&-coming wines that are difficult to encounter as a collection elsewhere.
